The wild truth that runs through the roots of mother earth lives within us. However, we often choose to ignore her call.
Yes . , . we choose. We choose to dim our light. We choose everything and everyone over ourselves. We choose conformity over our views, our tastes, and our desires. We choose expectations over self-worth. We choose safe and secure over creative and brave.
But, you can choose differently.
The Wild Hearth is an invitation back home to your inner wild, to the wholeness of yourself, & to agency over your life.
This weekend is not a vacation. It's a portal to change from the inside out. I'm saying that with heart and conviction; because for too many hours, days, and years we choose to ignore what is needed to be our most true, authentic and wild selves.
May I presume: You want a full life, a joyous life, a purposeful life? Well, are you willing to do the work that is necessary to receive it? This is where we meet.

We gather in the fertile pause between the Scorpio New Moon on November 8th and the Gemini Full Moon on November 24th — squarely on the year's deepest threshold, the ground between fall and winter. This is a retreat intentionally held in the in-between, as this is exactly where the deepest work happens. The gracefully wild woman lives in the liminal, she is the bridge between worlds and carries the frequency of spirit into earth and earth into spirit. Her wisdom spans time and space. Embracing this woman that lives inside of you is how you nourish the fertility of your world and the world around you.
Nov 6 · Dark Moon + Scorpio New Moon Opening Circle (virtual)(time tbd)
We come together at the cusp of the new moon before we share a room.
Nov 12-15 · Wild Hearth Retreat
We enter the heart of the wild hearth together.
Nov 20· Gemini Full Moon Closing Integration (virtual)(time tbd)
We close with a guided integration writing session; a point of reflection to carry the lessons forward.
thursday | 11.12 | air | the activation
arrive 4pm | wild hearth welcome dinner | opening circle | evening sound bath | stargazing session
We enter the portal held by sisterhood, the nourishing food of mother earth, the gentle sound frequencies of sound bowls, and the sights of the evening sky. This is your arrival.
friday | 11.13 | earth & fire | into the wild
yoga + morning circle | coastal forest foraging | creative channeling session | evening cacao & beach bonfire gathering
We start by finding a flow, grounding our bodies into the space. Then, we find a taste of PNW adventure with a thoughtful exploration of what lives and thrives in and around the coastal land of the area. We leave earth and greet the heat through our own inner creatrix, and the force of fire. Into the wild we go.
what to expect:
yin yoga | ancestral tree circle | river prayer | intuitive movement | drumming | evening ocean & womb ceremony
We slowly move so that we may hear our spirit and walk forward to meet our past and present ancestors. Midday, we find ourselves riverside pausing to share what is in our hearts. As night arrives, we come together for a water & womb ceremony, supported by the sound of the drum. This is the heart.
Saturday | 11.14 | WATER & Spirit | Remembrance
sunday | 11.15 | the hearth
morning closing circle | departure by 9am
A morning departure calls for a closing moment, hand to hand, heart to heart.

During our time together, we will be staying at Crook Point. Crook Point sits along a private shoreline on the Oregon Coast, anchored by Arch Rock. There are 8 homes uniquely & spaciously placed on the property in order to provide privacy and natural comfort. We will be located at Byrdie's Beach House, which sits a couple hundred feet from the wild Pacific Ocean. This home is warm and earthy, with direct beach access, and is covered 'head to toe' in natural elements. There is an expansive deck, hot tub, and fireplace all within this home.

No! If you've never worked with the elements, you are welcome. If you've never had cacao, you are welcome. If you've never practiced yoga, you are welcome. If you've never meditated before, you are welcome. You don't have to be experienced in any of the rituals, practices, or activities to join this retreat. Again, you are only asked to arrive with an open heart and open arms to all of the offerings.
Regardless of the room you select (shared or private), the price of your room includes your lodging, the full retreat facilitation, all meals, light snacks, tea, coffee, cacao, and any materials or supplies needed for the rituals or activities. The price does not include your transportation to/from Crook Point.
CONNECT WITH KIRSTEN
This retreat is for the woman who is prepared to journey inward and who seeks purposeful connection in their life. This retreat includes ritual, ceremony, sisterhood, soul work, singing and song, connection and reverence to mother earth, and the divine feminine. You do not have to be interwoven with all of these concepts, but you must, however, come with an open heart and open arms ready to receive them. This is not a vacation so if you are looking for that space, this retreat is not for you. To maintain the integrity of our space and our circle, alcohol will not be offered nor permitted during our time together.
There are several ways to make your way to Crook Point. I recommend the Advanced Air route from Hawthorne Airport (LA area) for the easiest arrival — you’ll land in Crescent City, CA and be at Crook’s Point within the hour. I will provide you a discount code/link for airfare upon your retreat booking. Rental cars are available in Crescent City, to which you are responsible. For those flying into Medford or Portland, Oregon, rental cars are available at both airports. Drive time from Medford is approximately 3 hours and Portland 6 hours. To plan accordingly, you will be received at the retreat not earlier than 4:30pm on 11.12 and departure from Crook Point on 11.15 is at 9am.
November on the southern Oregon coast means wild, beautiful, unpredictable weather e.g., rain, mist, crisp air, and if we're lucky, occasional sun. Once you are booked you will receive an email with more details about clothing, but expect walking outside in wet weather and cozy inside attire.
